Occupy Group Buys Consumer Debt And Throws It Away (VIDEO)
: Rolling Jubilee
“Now the Occupy movement has decided on using this very system against the people who abuse it.
The program, called Rolling Jubilee, plans to purchase blocks of consumer debt, for pennies on the dollar just as the debt collectors do, and instead of collect it, write it off. Forgiving the debt, wiping the slate clean as it were…”
Gov. Rick Scott: Florida Suing Federal Government Over Voter Purge
“The lawsuits set in motion a formal legal battle between the state and federal governments and could unleash a protracted and politicized struggle between Florida and outside advocacy groups.
The conflict will almost certainly restore the glare of national attention on a state elections apparatus disgraced for its role in the 2000 presidential election…It’s unclear whether the legal fight will affect this fall’s election.
Election supervisors in all but one of the state’s 67 counties — the local officials who would be directly responsible for purging voter rolls – have refused to participate, citing errors in the state’s list of suspected non-citizens.”

***A brief summary of Gov.Scott’s concept of “fraud” , and a sketch of his character.
>Gov. Scott was implicated in the biggest medicare fraud cases in U.S. history.
That case still hasn’t reached a resolution, But Gov.Scott proclaims his innocence based on the fact that he has yet to be officially charged.
>Gov. Scott transfered 62 millions dollars in Soltanic stock ( a chain of helathcare clinics ) into a “revocable” trust under his wife’s name immediately after he was elected.
>Federal agencies are still investigating Scott regarding the Medicare fraud, and have stated it takes years to exceute such an investigations…not months.
Here have a few supporting articles from last year…there are a wealth of them (just google Gov.Scott and medicare fraud, you will have more than enough light reading)

Florida GOP Takes Voter Suppression to a Brazen New Extreme
“Imagine this: a Republican governor in a crucial battleground state instructs his secretary of state to purge the voting rolls of hundreds of thousands of allegedly ineligible voters. The move disenfranchises thousands of legally registered voters, who happen to be overwhelmingly black and Hispanic Democrats. The number of voters prevented from casting a ballot exceeds the margin of victory in the razor-thin election, which ends up determining the next President of the United States…”Read more:

These bills ” dramatically limit the ability of legitimate voters “
I don’t feel that SB-803 is cause for the most serious concern, but it does seem to be a strategy to create disqualification based upon making the ballot more tedious. It is more an attempt to create confusion… another box that would bring about an easy disqualification if someone fails to check it. Or if that “box” to check is placed in an area that is difficult to read or find on the ballot…this could be an attempt o purposefully disenfranchise voters.
If you have a over registration card, that means you are a resident of Michigan, and already have proven that you are a USA citizen.
But SB-754 and SB-751 are obvious attempts to disenfranchise voters.
