this is not a new problem but it is finally getting international attention… displacement of people due to climate change has far reaching effects upon economic issues,increases in infectious disease,decreased or total lack of food supply and clean water. latin phrase/legal term for the day "In flagrante...
In flagrante delicto : in latin translate “ a blazing offence”, legal term  meaning “caught in the act of committing an offence”. in truth i just love the way this phrase rolls off the tongue… ( insert dirty joke here?)

I wish that our language used the same word for “hello” and “good bye”. So many others have done so. … “aloha”,”ciao”.Both sound so warm and inviting, an emotional affirmation rather than a definitive termination.  Neither have the weight of the soliloquy “goodbye”. I am Italian-American so I say “ciao” often, but I haven’t never used it to mean hello, I have only used it...
